Error 2002 and 90000

Error 2002: log into main game and the start button is grayed out. after a while screen goes black and shows error 2002.

Error 90000: game loads up where you pick your char and log into world. after picking, the games starts to load world then goes black and shows error 90000.

Am i the only one still having this problem?

same here , encountering error 90000 after my client got crash, this error have been happening for 8 hours already !

Alright, so it's a known issue and not just me. i read that it was fixed and was worried it was something on my end. Well i hope they can get it working soon.

I get this too. I can sometimes log in and pay fine, however soon as I log out or leave the game in anyway, the next time I attempt to log in to that toon (my main) i get 90k. It gets as far as loading me into the world, but when i get in the world is... at a standstill. No one moves, the recommendations list doesnt pop up- and after about 30 seconds I get booted with the 90k error. Swap to a different toon and it works fine.

Yeah i still have been unable to log in. but i found the cool new error 10102. so i thought i would add it to my post.. anyone know if this is being looked into? i have seen other post about errors but have not read anything from SE. Thanks

Yeah, i have been unable to log in all day yesterday as well, a bit disappointed, just can't wait to play again.

the game is currently kicking me out in less than a minute with 90000 errors, it seems the game is somehow jamming up my wireless router. does not happen when i play something else, but load up ff14 and in less than 5 minutes my router needs to be reset.

Edit: scratch that, seem it does happen with some of my otehr games as well, might not actually be S-E's fault in my case.

This is still a problem and Still no word. come on SE let us know something. At this point a "your Shit out of luck" post would be better then this.

Square-Enix Cares very very much about it's customers if you have previous experience with SE's Online Services, Honestly, This isn't something that is with there Servers, It has been proven that USA/UK ISP's have been Throttling and Blocking FFXIV Completely; Who knows what the reason is, Perhaps it is money (Mm Capitalism?) if you haven't noticed (which makes sense) The Japanese servers aren't having the same connection troubles as the US/EU is Currently, Right now SE is trying to work this out with all the ISP's they can Located in the USA and EU, It is pretty unfortunate and very rude that these Companies are doing things like this.

So if anything be mad at ISP's, My ISP is blocking the game as well and i can only play using a VPN... So it is not SE's fault what so ever, It is Greedy English Companies Faults for connectivity trouble, It will take some time for these ISP's to ACCEPT SE and there connections and US/EU Server load, It is unfortunate but it will take some time; Just remember that US Companies don't like Japanese Companies so i find it quiet stupid that they are pulling this off, and i wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to ask for a bribe.
