Random disconnections / Packet Loss / PC

Howdy

I'm struggling to maintain my connection to ffxiv. I just randomly disconnected with the 90000 error. Prior to the d/c, everything around me stops...monsters stop moving, people don't move, people doing snyth's etc stop, if i'm fight, i can spam spells/skills but nothing happens.

Obviously this catches up/ I get disconnected.

I'm not sure what to do.

Please help !

The worst part is, we are still yet to receive an acknowledgement from Square Enix on this. If you contact their support, they say it was resoled in the major maintenance a week or two ago. Well no... it wasn't. That was a different issue guys! -_-

Im having the same problem, it gets worse in dungeon.

Same here. I am getting booted about every 15mins. I am having huge lag spikes too about every 3-5minutes. I never had any of these issues until after the maint and emergency maint last night.

I've found out that BT class FFXIV as P2P thus throttle my connection - this explains why I get problems during 'peak' hours.

I've followed this guide for port forwarding but it has not resolved my issues:
