    Weird in-game stuttering issues (video)

    It just started happening after the maintenance, I don't really know what is causing it.

    Just in case, my GPU is an HD7850 running the latest drivers (13.9, released on September the 9th)

    Considering that in the video it also goes from night to day to mid evening and then back around... I think this might be a server issue, lol...
