    High values of Gathering and Perception non-functional

    This is to do with itemization for Mining and Botany specifically.

    Upon reaching 320 Perception, or 1% HQ on Out of Reach nodes, the Perception stat no longer has any effect.
    Upon reaching 340 Gathering, or 90% success from Out of Reach nodes, Gathering no longer has any effect.

    These 2 factors should be addressed or better communicated to players if not considered bugs.

    ----

    Frequency: Always
    Class/Level: 50 Botanist & Miner

    Steps:
    1. Raise Gathering to 335, success rate will be 89% on Out of Reach nodes.
    2. Raise Gathering to 340, success rate will be 90% on Out of Reach nodes.
    3. Raise Gathering above 345, success rate stays at 90% on Out of Reach nodes regardless of amount gained.

    4. Get Perception to 320 to be able to HQ harvest from Out of Reach nodes.
    5. Use food buffs and Materia to get above 320 (I tested to 345) and HQ % chance never increases.

    Hard caps. Past the 2 values listed, these stats do absolutely nothing.

    It's not a bug, its designed this way.
    Put more money into +GP that way you can pop abilities like truth of the mountains and Kings Yield, as well as some HQ chance boosters.

    900GP should about do it for the nodes. (I dont know if its possible).

    The GP cap is ~620 GP, give or take, before food, assuming maximum overmelding with expensive materia at abysmal overmeld success rates (sub-20%.)

    Stats only attainable from adding materia to gear or using food doing absolutely nothing is either a bug or needs to be communicated in-game. This could be accomplished by outright removing materia slots from high-end DoL gear (since they do nothing anyway) or capping them (red numbers on the meld screen), neither of which are the case.
