    The Naval(Titan) HM not unlocking

    After I attune to the aetheryte for the mission that unlocks The Naval HM, it says mission complete and that The Naval HM is unlocked in my Duty Finder now. Then after the animations go away, the mission is still uncompleted in my journal and The Naval HM is not unlocked.
