Am I missing something with duty finder timer?

Says I have to wait 15 minutes for the next duty finder. However I find myself waiting 30mins - 45mins for duty finder to be available again. It will say 15 mins until next duty finder. I check back in 20 mins and it says I have to wait 12min for next duty finder.

I had the same thing happen once. I was on a DoL when I noticed I switched back to a DoW and it seemed like it started to countdown again. I was able to swap back to a DoL and it still countdown after that. I honestly don't know if that had anything to do with it or not though. lol.

Cause your a dps - tanks/healers get in right away, that makes the avg timer lower

Did you even read the question? I said the timer after you leave or fail a duty not to get into one. Everyone gets slapped with the 15min timer but for some reason my is beyond 15 mins if I quit or fail a duty.

I had this happen a few times as well - sometimes it happens, other times not. Very strange.
