Race/Gender Changes and Seasonal Items

With 2.0 bringing the ability to change your avatar's gender or race I can't help but ponder what will become of certain seasonal items. Things like the summer swimwear (Tanga, Halter, Trunks, etc.) are gender-specific. What will happen to these items? I'm thinking there may be a means to exchange them for the correct gender or they might even change on their own. But could we get a confirmation on this? Supposedly we're getting something like a kimono this year and I'd hate to find out that changing my alt into a male will lock me out from using it if they make these gender-specific too.

Now I personally wouldn't be against that either. Gender equality! Man thighs are as socially acceptable as woman thighs!

I think it would change automatic to the right gender gear or we can't put on our underwears with 2.0 (and not only the seasonal underwears) and our forum avatars would be nude ^^
