Any one know what items i should be working with to break down into quick tongue 3? I have been messing around with turquoise level 49 jewelry but i am not sure. Is it random? based off a main stat? I know turquoise gives you mind/spell speed. Any help would be great in figureing this out since quick tongue 3 is 60k on gilgamesh...
