Theorycrafting raw data ?

Anyone know where i can get the raw data for theory on my BLM, for example how much critical hit rate amounts to 1% crit ect. i can't seem to find it anywhere ?

crit seems to DR, so it isnt just "xx crit rate = 1%" as the xx changes
"Crit Chance % = 0.0693 x CRT – 18.486" is what he list
