Healer - Enemy List setting?

Is there a way to have the Enemy List show up without the healer having to cast a damage spell on a mob?

I think it would be helpful for some healers to easily see what their hate level is on multiple mobs in the enemy list. Is this a setting somewhere?

I've looked for a setting, but haven't been able to find one. I'd just like it always to be present unless there are no mobs attacking our party.

Well, when you are solo you have to hit each mob to get his aggro level, but on solo you can be sure that they'll attack you.
When in a party, if you heal someone you will get all his enemies in your enemy list.
As long as you don't have a mob in the list, the aggro is 0.
