Class-based party UI position priority

as a cute-uke miqo'te healer i'd need to keep the same structure and party position based on roles. For example, i always would want to cure Tank on F4 position and keep priority party ui position as i wish targetting with mouse but it seems i can't move party member position on the fly.. so i have to look after it on every single party i change.
I think something can be done with macro but i have to set it in my hotbars... (i have no space there =( )

Do you know if there is another way of doing it or if is it possible ?

You can open the party menu and manually move the members up and down on your list if you want, but I agree having the roles fill consistent spots on the list would be preferable.
