    [NA] Regarding Character Creation Restrictions (Sep. 4)

    Currently, we have stopped allowing the creation of new characters in the following worlds:

    Tiamat
    Fenrir
    Garuda
    Ifrit
    Ramuh
    Carbuncle
    Ragnarok
    Ultros
    Cactuar
    Hyperion
