Help/Dungeon quests to unlock Dungeons!

Ok, so I have done the main story quest learning that its how you unlock the first dungeons at lvl 15, but they were never unlocked and there is noone in Limsa lominosa in the adventures guild to talk too and start the quest. I am now a lvl 22 and still cant do any dungeons because I never got the quests to unlock, it does not make any sense!!You would think that the quest would still be available because I havent done it yet...

Check your completed Journal. Tell us the last story line quest you were on. Maybe it was too high level that you couldn't do it at that time so you lost track of where to continue.

If you finished the main story quest to visit each of the cities, you'll get a quest that will lead you to Baderon in Limsa Lominsa. After accepting that quest, you have to talk to the NPC in front of Sastasha to gain access to that dungeon. If you keep following the quests after that you'll keep opening up dungeons and progressing through the main storyline.

No I havent done any dungeons,I know its the main story quest but some how I didnt see them or do the quest,now there is no quests I can do to unlock the dungeons.I even went to vesper bay in ULDAH to try and unlock the dungeon at my level and there is noone there speak with even though thats where you go..so frustrated. I can only do the guildhest that you que for light party and its a immediate boss fight...

There could be a quest that you missed because it's not appearing on the side; maybe you unchecked it. Check either the duty finder or journal, I forgot which, and see if there's a quest for you there.

For the first dungeon.
The quest is called "Maybe it's Pirates." I believe.
You have to go to the NPC of Sastasha I think the place is called Aldeor? In Limsa Lominsa via Ferry.
All the dungeons you need to chat with NPC and it tells you So and so is now available on Duty Finder.

Yes after you talk to the Baderon at the Limsa Lomisa, the Seaside city, you must take the ferry to Aledor i think it is called, and find the cavern outside of the city, just to the north. There you HAVE to talk to the NPC waiting there, and that triggers your being able to click on the swirly in side the entrance area to register for the queue for the start of the Dungeon. Be sure to leave "Join Party Already in Progress" unchecked unless you want to be thrown into an already existing party when someone quits, it can take forever and i checked it at first without knowing what it meant. Let us know if you got in, once you do this one you will be able to get others.

This first dungeon has a good tutorial set of screens be sure to look at them all or you will not find them saved in your log.
