I have been trying to get a hold of SE COSTUMER SERVICE for Two weeks now. Phone assistance keeps you on hold for i don't know 2hrs for then to drop the call are you serious. Chat Service You are put on queue for a freaking long time. When finally your about to get an agent it sends you back a half hour and it keep doing that over and over. I have such a major headache with this whole situation. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I mean a huge population of people got the game to enjoy and be able to play, but so far this company has turn into a huge joke. I dont freaking want more apologizes I want results I want things to be fix and for SE to take account if it wasn't for the millions of people that follow them SE would have never exist after Square Soft. So If you guys really value your loyal costumer DO NOT IGNORE US ANYMORE........
