Same issues as everyone. Square Enix really has the WORST customer service out of all the MMOs I've played. There's no official forums where they reply to the threads, there's no ingame tickets you can make in which they reply to you and talk to you......one would go as far as to say they don't give a flying f**k. They keep this up and I'm out. I know one less player won't affect them at all, but im sure I wouldn't be the only one leaving on their poor CS alone.

They did the same thing to me dont worry , i sent them like 5 tickets and they closed each one sending me to this forum which we get no official reply or assistance.

Yeah, after the free time they gave us and the initial month expires, im out. This company can go bankrupt for all I care. Which they will. Def wont be buying FF15, or any other of their future games.

haha nah, I love this company, and shit happens. I wouldn't go that far. I do wish the in game support was a bit better but they have some awesome community managers.

I'm not liking the response I've been getting though. Basically "Oh it's a bug with the text, just go get the correct stuff and you'll be fine." Well, yeah, but I spent a ton of gil, had a friend help me gather the ingredient for the book from an instance, had another guy from the LS I just joined make the book with some of his own mats because he's an awesome guy. Apparently some of which were hard to find too, and then slot the materia in. And now all of that was wrong, useless, and it was a lot of wasted time and effort. Then the response is "post on the forums" and "go get the right stuff." That's...kinda sucky. I'm hoping they do better.
