Yep, getting the same thing.
I also noticed that the Forums are a little slow to load too since I started to get this error message.
I wonder if they're connected...
got the same thing. Was is game them booted with 90000 then went to re log in and i get the system error or i get to the charactor screen and it says unable to update NA/EU worlds...
Same thing here. Got booted off, tried to get back in 2-3 times got either 1017 or unable to load eu/na worlds and now my launcher keeps saying error and wont load anything
Try typing "ipconfig /flushdns", into your command promt. Then "ipconfig /release" and finally "ipconfig /renew".
Alternatively, you could just reset your Internet modem. For me, when I reset my modem, my ISP gives me a new IP address. Then I don't encounter the error anymore.
Strangely enough, the error -2146697211 is encountered on certain IP addresses that the server doesn't like.
I had this issue today, the launcher now works after I removed the mark from box under proxy server in tools>internet options>connections>LAN settings.

*As unfortunate as it might be, does uninstalling and reinstalling have any effect? Regardless of success, I'll be sure to push this up, but this would be very helpful information to have.

Nothing works. Only happened after 9/11 maintenance. Is there any fix to this?
EDIT: Launcher worked 2 seconds after this post after only typing "ipconfig /flushdns" for the 100th time. Not sure if it actually worked or just amazing timing. Oh well, downloading update now...
