Free Company Standing and Actions

So I have a few quick questions I'm hoping maybe someone can help me out with. We just go our Free Company to Rank 5 and currently our Standing with the Immortal Flames is Friendly (almost to whatever comes after that). It mentions that the higher your standing the cheaper it costs the buy actions, but this brings up three questions.

1.) Once you buy an action do you get to keep it forever, or do you need to buy it again every day after you've used it?

2.) Is it possible to gain standing with the other Grand Companies? When you talk to them it says you need to pledge, but does that remove all Standing from your previous GC?

3.) Is it possible to gain more than 1 action per day?

1. The buff lasts 24 hours and you can buy it again once it is used
2. You can only gain standing with 1 GC

You can buy and store up to 5 actions, but you can only have 1 running at a time currently. They get used up when you activate one.
