HUD Layout: Enemy Cast Bars

A simple request. It would be great if we were able to move the target cast bar separately from the target bar. I would love to move their cast bar to the lower end of my screen without moving the target's HP bar from the top.

I tried to work this out via focusing the target as well, but that really only works for a single target without constantly trying to shift focus mid-combat and unless I missed some option the cast bar on the focus bar is obstructed by FOCUS TARGET.

As a healer, I'd also love to have a "target of target" bar so I can see what the boss is casting without switching targets or having to focus target the boss. Lots of other games have this, and I don't see why this one doesn't.

It should also be able to be positioned separately, as well.
