As much as you want them to be, they're doing the best they can with their datacenters. With this capacity I'm pretty sure they're not horrible. There just aren't enough servers for everyone to play at the moment.

Most of everyone seems to have no idea how hard it is to handle this infrastructure, when most modern MMO players merely played on servers that were thoroughly prepared for this popularity. Yes, they are scrambling now to get more servers running to put out the fires but there's no reason to voice anger like this.

On top of that, you're not really even playing on paid time so cut it out. They're adding free days to everyone's service.

7erranwolf, this was a post regarding a technical problem on a tech support forum. This is not a thread for you to continue sucking the corporate cock of SE. By the way, we all spent money on this game. The first month is always customary for dropping $$ on a box. If SE didn't do it, I'd think twice about buying it. If my post seemed a little annoyed, it's because I am. They had open beta and all of early release to "put out the fires." This isn't Fukushima, it's their second hit MMO and they should have been better prepared for it.

How and why would I be doing that? I'm amused at the ignorance and rather offensive language and attitude. There's nothing wrong with me adding to your thread, whether it seems to rustle your jimmies that I point something out or not.

As for the customary time, I wasn't even talking about that. If you saw what Yoshi has said, they're extending the everyone's game time.
