    names are not unique across servers

    i noticed when my friend made an account on my server using the same name as on another server that you can have the same name on two different servers...

    so given that...what's gonna happen when someone tries to migrate their character from their server and someone on the destination server already has their name?

    First come, first serve. Person that is attempting to migrate to another server with their name already taken will be forced to change. Simple.

    This is normal... if they migrate to a server that has that char name taken already then they are going to have to change it.
