Steps:
When I finished the mainquest story line and was allowed to join a guild company the only quest allowed was Shadows Uncast.

Additional Information: I am a current 1.0 character. I have had two characters that had already met the level requirement for the chocobo quest. I used all 3 of the jobs during the completion of the main story line. I currently have roughly 7,000 seals. I also provided a picture to try to help shed light on my situation. The only quest I have in my log is the main quest as seen on the right.

Have you checked for your chocobo whistle on the Calamity Salvager NPC?

I just checked the Calamity Salvager and no luck.
More information. I have never been given the option to start the Chocobo quest and I have not spent any of my seals on items yet.

The problem still persist. Sent another message to a GM and they told me nothing they could do to take my seals and grant me the ability to ride a mount.
