    Useful Healing Macros

Post your macros that you use for your healer. The ones i use the most are the following

    Macro 1

    /ac "Cure" <me>
    Macro 2

    /ac "Cure" <2>
    Macro 3

    /ac "Cure" <3>
    Macro 4

    /ac "Cure" <4>
With these 4 on my skill bar, i never have to click on someone's name in the party. Just click the macro and the person who is assigned to that party slot will get the heal. This is great so you can keep watch of your sleep target and maintain your heals as well. You can also do the same with all 4 for Cure II as well. The draw back is, it takes up 4 slots on your skill bar. I would only recommend this if you have a hard time playing on the PS3 or are new to healing.

Feel free to post and share your healing macros and spread the love

You can also use mouseover macros, with the <mo> (Example: /action "Cure" <mo>)

Yup and this can also be easier for PC players. PS3 sure but that damn mouse feature is so slow

    IKR!?

I discovered it yesterday. Before, having to click someone was driving me nuts especially in crowded places because you might keep click the wrong person. Also, attempting to click someone running from a mob? Yeah good luck... And then the target nearest PC hotkey did just what it says. Targets nearest PC, no cycle through, so I was getting frustrated. Once I found out the mouse over hotkey, I simply stuck it where I had put my target nearest PC hotkey, so now It heals whoever Im moused over when I press it. It has greatly improved my reaction times as well. SO HELPFUL OMG.

I set the mouseover macro as follows:
    /ac Cure <mo>
/ac Cure <tt> (this goes next after it sees you're not moused over someone. What this does is cure the target of your target. So for example if you're attacking a squirrel, but the squirell is attacking tank, using this macro while you're targeting the squirrel will cure the tank. if you're attacking the squirell, and the squirrel is attacking you, using this macro will cure you.)

I also recommend adding a an announcement phrase that your raising someone so they don't go to town.
    /ac Raise <t>
/s (Casting Spell) (Raise) (Stay there.) <t>

Does the <mo> work on pet abilities as well? I'm not home but I was wondering if it was possible to create a macro for the pets abilities like /petaction or what not?

add /micon at the top of your macro to get the actual icon to show

The two macros I use the most right now are:

    /ac "Aero" <tt>

    and

    /ac "Stone" <tt>

This makes is so I can target the tank to heal'em, while attacking his target in healing downtime. They are great so far! I recommend them!

And once I get Repose I will be setting up a macro to tell the party I a sleeping a target, and mark the target ^^
    Good Healing All!

I also like throwing in some face targets with /ft when using the mo macros.
