Maybe a silly question but is it also possible to have a macro that heals your focused target? I notice you can set target focus as well in here.
currently I am using
/ac Cure <mo>
/ac Cure <t>
/ac Cure <me>
But I have noticed the mouse over can cause some hairy situations for me >_> and simply wont take because I am to fast or dont move over the ui properly.
Basically I want to set the tank as focus and always heal him/her unless I mouse over someone else or specifically target someone else

I bound my normal Cure macro to 1, my focus heal macro to shift+1 and my self heal macro to alt+1 (used to play like that in WoW for few years).
Doing so will make sure that you won't ever will waste time healing yourself or your focus target instead of mouseover/current target accidentally.

I just figured this out with a paladin yesterday. Write it out like this.
/target <2>
/target <tt>
/ac "Provoke"
That <2> what that does is targets the person who is in the second party slot in your party. Make sure at the beginning of dungeon or primal, you put the healer in slot 2 within the party. You do that by going to the party member list under social and click on your healers name and move them so they are directly underneath you in the party.
I did a healing macro in sort of the same way, except I used the ignore 1 sign. The Bind sign caused Black Mages to think they needed to sleep it, while my ignore sign was basically saying ITS SLEPT, DON'T ATTACK! Lol.I just FINALLY worked out a "Repose" Macro that I am happy with. I run with my Guildmates a lot but this can help with random groups as well. Let's assume that your Tank is Marking Targets for the group.
/target <Bind1>
/em put <t> to Sleep!
/ac "Repose" <t>
/wait 28
/em looks worried.... The Enemy is waking up!
This is all I have figured out so far. I like targets Marked so everyone knows who they should be attacking or not. Hope you have luck with your "Repose" Macro!

Great thread, I'm at work and can't play around with it, has anyone figured out pet macros? when I start on scholar I really want to be in control of my pet's healing when I need it.
Compilation of some of mine:
/micon
/mk ignore1
/ac repose <t>
/party "<t> slept. You tag it you keep it
/micon Stoneskin
/target <1>
/ac Stoneskin <t>
/target <2>
/wait 2
/ac Stoneskin <t>
/target <3>
/wait 2
/ac Stoneskin <t>
/target <4>
/wait 2
/ac Stoneskin <t>
/micon "Esuna"
/ac "Esuna" <me>
/wait 2
/ac "Regen" <me>
/micon "Fluid Aura"
/bt
/ac "Fluid Aura" <t>
/micon Repose
/bt
/ac "Fluid Aura" <t>
/wait 2
/ac "Repose" <t>
/wait 26
/echo SLEEP RUNNING OUT!!
then the usual <tt> damage spells so I don't have to lose my tank as target (or the other way round <tt> on heal spells so I don't have to lose the boss as target). Depends on the fight.

Player
Curious why are people a fan of <mo>? It seems like even if you move your mouse ever so slightly it would mess up your healing. I am much more inclined to use <1>-<8> instead of <mo>. Where are some of my macros using the numbered targets (using both WHM/CJN and SCH to make seamless transitions the micons are different every other macro to show the GCD for both healers when switching class/job). I changed some of the party text slightly.
/micon Cure
/ac Cure <1>
/ac Physick <1>
/wait 3
/ac Adloquium <1>
/micon Physick
/ac Cure <2>
/ac Physick <2>
/wait 3
/ac Adloquium <2>
/micon Raise
/ac Surecast <me>
/ac Swiftcast <me>
/ac "Keen Flurry" <me> //can only be used with CJN and ACN
/wait 0.5
/party I'm reviving <1>...
/ac Raise <1>
/ac Resurrection <1>
/micon Resurrection
/ac Surecast <me>
/ac Swiftcast <me>
/ac "Keen Flurry" <me> //can only be used with CJN and ACN
/wait 0.5
/party I'm reviving <2>...
/ac Raise <2>
/ac Resurrection <2>

Repeat those two as needed depending on your group size.
/micon Medica
/marking triangle <me>
/party Area heal on triangle!
/ac Medica <me>
/ac Succor <me>
/wait 3
/marking off <me>
/micon Protect
/marking triangle <me>
/party Applying shield buffs get close to triangle!
/ac "Stone Skin" <1>
/wait 3
/ac "Stone Skin" <2>
/wait 3
/ac "Stone Skin" <3>
/wait 3
/ac "Stone Skin" <4>
/wait 3
/ac Protect <me>
/marking off <me>
/wait 3
/ac Adloquium <me>
One big problem with the markings is that you may have it on/off when it is not supposed to be if you interrupt the macro with another macro (two macros cannot run concurrently when using actions and/or markings. Only text seems to be concurrent).
