Useful Healing Macros

Do help/harm macros exist? Macro uses a different ability if an enemy or friend is targeted.

nice thread! I just made this macro for Energy drain for now:

/micon "Energy Drain"
/ac "Energy Drain" <tt>
/ac "Energy Drain" <t>

this allow me to see if I'm eligible to cast it plus cast on the tank's target or my target when I'm soloing, no need for wait command.

add /micon at the top of your macro to get the actual icon to show

What am I doing wrong? When I plug /micon in the first line of the macro (not the title), it just shows an M as the icon. -.-

You need to put the spell name you want after it in quotes. ex: /micon "spell name here"

Thank you Lukaz. With your help I was able to figure it out. I didn't realize that the icon stays "m" in the Macro window until you drag it to your hotbar. =)

Thanks for the write up! Would like to add a few things. Mouseover macros can be used on party/raid frames also, instead of hovering over the actual player you can simply use the raid frames to mouseover =))

Unfortunately, either there are not any pet specific commands or no one has figured out what exactly they are yet. :\

I've tried /pet, /companion, /petaction /petcommand, etc as well as searching around for the answer to no avail.
