I haven't seen any, but it's possible that there are Japaense timecards available and that's how it was done (thus giving credence to the "Americans can't get it yet" statement you heard). If that's not the case, and it might not be (only the person with the mount, or someone who used a time card or has the mount, could really give confirmation), then I wouldn't know -- but see if you were charged? I'd presume you'd get the items when charged for the time (as, otherwise, you could get the items and cancel before being charged). And some here are saying they won't charge you until the free 30 days are up, which might be the issue if they are accurate.
EDIT: Disregard what I said, got beaten by the staff @.@

Are there any plans going on to change that policy for North American players? Since this will give an advantage to other players to receive their veteran players rewards in a different way members from another region will receive them.
The reason some users already have these items is due to placing time on their accounts through the redemption of game time cards. Please note that these function differently from region to region and the North American Ultimate Game Card is used to add Square Enix Crysta directly to your account instead of adding varying lengths of time.
Do you mean the 3 day trial period or the 30 day trial period?Hello,
During the Free Trial period, users won't be able to submit payments via credit card or Square Enix Crysta. Even if you set up a subscription, no payment will be processed until after the Free Trial period ends.
When that period is over, you will then be charged for the length of time you've set up and will receive the corresponding Veteran Rewards via the in-game Moogle Delivery Service.

EDIT: Can you please explain or link a resource that explains very CLEARLY the method to redeem a game time card or use the Ultimate Game Card? How EXACTLY can we get veteran rewards today like the people who already have?

Thanks for the reply Camate!
I'd have to go look at the list again but I'm pretty sure all of the veteran rewards are pets/mounts/cosmetic items... so how exactly are they getting an advantage?
Trial period would obviously depend on whether you have legacy access or if you bought the game and have the full 30 days. As to how to redeem it... seriously? Go to mogstation after purchasing 60, 90, 180 or whatever days worth of game time cards and apply the codes to your account, it's not complex or difficult at all. Once you have sufficient amount of time credited you'll get the rewards.Do you mean the 3 day trial period or the 30 day trial period?

To answer the bolded part specifically (I even bolded the important part of the answer for you):

Camate, apologies to highjacking this thread, but can we get some acknowledgement, and plan on the 1017 issues, and what they plan to do about it, for us NA/EU users?

Please humor and enlighten me. Where EXACTLY do I click in order to redeem my time codes?
So where does it show the cost the for 90 or 180 days? I see the option on the moogle station to select those subs but no price next to them.

What I mean is since he stated that US cards only apply to cash in for crysta it means we need to wait to pay the 90 days in order to get our bonuses, while in the other hand he's talking about Time Cards which automatically pay you 90 days play time so you can get the rewards before the 90 days are up.
