Bomb knuckles. Bomb themed weapons in general in fact! I love bombs.

Cactuar themed weapons would also be pretty cool.

Oh, frying pan and Pot for Pally, Lollipop for Marauders, 90,000 Dark Knight Sword (Or paintbrush), Pencil with an eraser attachment for wand users, Soken and Yoshi goofy face book for arcanists with eyebrow raising action, Rock Handsign Fists for monks, Popsicles for ninjas, Foxclon Stick for Dragoons, ...... I cant think of anything for archers. If the bows actually had a harp transformation I'd bother.
