Character Creation Restriction

I am the Founder of Bad Wolves on Diabolos and a founding member of the alliance Diabolos United/House of Dragons,

I understand that during a launch week that server stability, access and behavior can be spotty. What I cannot stand for is the inability of my community members being able to join with their community at all in the foreseeable future in a game that they are for the most part giving a second chance to and have already invested a lot of time and money in order to be successful.

I implore some sort of work around or option to help our communities as I am sure we are not alone in this. Whether this be in the form of a "World Pass" system or even free transfers off to a less populated server where we can all play together. A lot of us our distraught by this problem and this just adds to the frustration already mounting from poor server performance by this company.

If we can not get a reasonable solution to this issue I will stop supporting this game and I am confident that our community members will follow suit as we are all affected by this and have dozens of members who were unable to create characters nor log into the servers. We do really like the work that has been done to this game but we also like enjoying your service with our friends and communities. Please do consider a workaround to our dilemma.

If you are so desperate to play with your community, choose a different server. Otherwise, be patient and wait out the login/creation restrictions. SE is doing everything they can to ease the stress on their servers so the issues don't get any worse.

How will moving to another server rectify their problems? Each server is artificially limited on the number of logins for gameplay at present (aka "we are monitoring the bandwidth") - SE has only commented on the non-availability of character creation services. They're an established community, so unless the server can support a full character load concurrently, there's no guarantee that even if all the characters were moved to another server they would be able to login concurrently. Almost certainly if the dozens of members moved to another server, they would be hit with some number of 1017.

There's little choice but to wait.

I have made a character on every single NA/EU server no matter which server it is i have had issues AKA 1017. fatetaker is the founder of bad wolves with 80+people in it i am an officer in Order of the silver dragons with 75+ we are in an alliance with each other with serveral other guild/FC in our alliance our numbers are basically the same as the server restrictions.

Either way my point is that every server i played on (and yes i went through the tutorial hundreds of times) i have gotten 1017, we have been patient all of P1-P4 and through early access but for those of our FC that cant get in, that cant even play the game because of thesse issues is starting to be a bothersome number

Its as simple as we just want to play the game with our buddies...the fact that we are unable to do so its starting to get under our skin

I will be more polite here than I've been elsewhere in these forums, and start with simply saying, /signed.

I've helped lead a social gaming community for many years now, and we face this exact issue. Our community is split and SE has provided nothing remotely satisfying in response to this concern, simply PR-department-written "sorry and thanks for your patience" stuff. Moderate mistakes and server load issues we can endure, but when we can't even play on the same server and the closest thing to a solution is a dated post about paid server transfers in September, we get upset.

I sincerely hope this is addressed well soon. I love this game, we all do (those of us actually able to play). We had hoped to stay here for a long time, but we play together or we don't play.
