Currently regarding the PlayStation 3 version, we confirmed an issue such as certain information on the Support Desk displays "Retrieving Information" but not displaying anything, and the client not responding to controls when submitting an inquiry.

We are currently working on addressing the issue. Also, until the issue is resolved, for viewing FAQ and submitting inquires and reports, we please ask you to do so at the Support Center.
