Mog Station Item Code Issues

Hello!
I am having issues and concerns about the Mog Station. I bought the Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary box mainly for the the Mogu Mogu earrings. Upon inputting my code I received an error stating that the item codes are region specific. Awhile back Soken mentioned on twitter that the item codes that came with the Before Meteor Soundtrack were not region specific. The Dalamud code was a direct import from Japan even if you pre-ordered through the SE Store. I have a concern that this code will also not work.

Has anyone who has already received their CD had any problems redeeming their codes?

I was wondering if it is possible for me to still redeem my code for my earrings. I would like to redeem them as the cost of the 25th anniversary box was large amount and I was under the impression that item codes were not region specific any longer. Thanks so much for your time hopefully a dev can help shed light on this issue.

I had no problems registering my Before Meteor Wind up Dalamud Minion (I am from the UK)
The Mogu Mogu Earrings on the other hand I have had no luck, which really is a shame as like you, I was under the impression they were not going to be region locked >.<;
If the Devs could possibly let us know if this will ever be fixed it would be great!

Yes I hope for it to be fixed because I would understand if the cost of the box was below $100 and they didn't assist, but the cost of the box was over $400. I hope they will give us some kind of support

For those in NA who have preordered the NA Before Meteor OST, does the code come with the physical copy when it arrives in the mail for the Dalamud minion?

Yes I have sent an email to support asking about it but I have yet to recieve a response. And yes Victor the code is sent with the physical copy of the soundtrack as a peice of paper with the code on.

Where did you buy that from?? I'm only seeing them on eBay for a ludicrous amount!

I bought it several months ago when it was still base price from an online store called Alexcious. The store imports japanese goods and collectables around the globe.
