Hello everyone, I had the same problem. I fixed it myself. What I did was I called gamestop and said my copy wouldn't load and they exchanged my copy for a new one. This game me a new code and when I entered it into psn account it started the registration over and let me put it on the correct account. Just make sure you press next and not create new account. I hope this helps.

Well, the Mods are definitely around. I see flame threads getting deleted now, even the thread on the Launch party just got deleted while I was in it. Hopefully Mods, you can continue to run this thread up the chain of command to let them know the majority of the people with his problem still haven't been helped.

I'd say you have pretty good luck yourself. Normally, I get to position 1 and then have the chat canceled on me.

Well pretty sure chat isn't working the way it should.. I had to refresh the original chat page about 15 times before I could see the chat button. When I got in I was number 3 in queue..which I found really odd.. took about 10 minutes to get to number 1. Been there ever since lol. It also says the average wait is about 5 minutes now

I had good luck with chat. Got to Pos 1 and was in touch with a rep in like 5 min. I think I spent a total of 3 hours in queue.
