Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Both numbers still busy. I had to redo my ticket cause my original one wasn't on the list. I made note for them of the original's number and another inquiry ticket I had made. I know I won't be able to get through with them via phone at this point since I go work soon and their phones appear to be down.

So here is hoping for good luck :-S. At least I can see my new ticket on the support site now.

Holy Shit I got through on the 858 number! Got to automated prompt then pressed 2, then 1 now I'm on hold! Got 3 hours left here at work anyway, at least I don't have to keep dialing anymore :P

That's where I am except I Pressed 1 for the Square Enix Accounts instead of the FFXIV option 2. Hopefully either one could help us out. I can see it now, wait 3 hours on hold for someone to say let me transfer you......

I called NA SE at 12:20 EST (finally got through) Im still on hold 1h53min later. At the same time I tried the Chat, Got to position 1 then they disconnected me. Will update with any news.
