Hmmm im either blind or just cant find my ticket from that form on page 1 :/

The form doesn't show up there for some reason. It shows a ticket i put in regarding the form and included the ticket number on the form.

After waiting in line from 286 people. I got cut off at number 1....

I wouldn't be surprised if they closed down the chat once people started posting how to get to it.

That happened to me too the first time. I just hit the back button twice and readded myself to the queue to give it another try. I have it sitting in the background on my PC at work so when it comes up again, hopefully I'll get someone on the other end.

If anyone does get someone on the line, make sure you ask about the character deletion thing. I can give a rat's A about the items. In 2 months they will be invalid anyway, I want to keep my character that I stayed awake for days at a time playing....

even though you don't see your ticket, it is there, if you have a ticket number.
least when I told uk support over the phone my ticket number, they could see it.
that's about the only confirmation I got from phoning them.

What do you want asked about character deletion. If you are referring to once they apply the merge, will your character be deleted, that answer is no. Someone else go a rep on the phone and they said to their knowledge you will not lose your character or any of your items. Was there another question. I'm 20 in the chat queue now.

Same... but I have the ticket number it gave me after I filled out the form. Think they can look it up by that?
