Fail, there is no option to go to Live Assistance anymore?
THIS, when I registered they only had add platform and add account.. not add ps3 or windows. I tried chat support today and I can't get into it.. even though it's within the hours.When I registered there was only Add Platform and Add Account.
Add Platform insinuated adding a new console or pc key to give access to multi-platform, which I didn't intend to do. The only logical choice was to add new account... you know, since we were on a beta account and not retail...
Most of the people here did report there first. This is just to try to get their attention more so then just mass emails. It's to show publicly how many people need this to be fixed.Guys, Square Enix kept silent to make this page. just register this form and your problem will be solved.

Yep, seems like they TOOK IT DOWN. I demand a response from SE to people who have been duped into registering a "new" account.

NA customer support number is 1-858-790-7529 but be prepared to wait. They oppened at 11am my time and when i called it was already busy.
