2. While viewing the cutscene I got interrupted by a mob being attacking me
3. Can't finish the quest because I can't enter the Heart of Sworn to talk to Papashan
4. Stuck, can't progress any further

Although +1 your bug as it is VERY annoying and teh devs wont take note of the reasons WHY it happens, can you try re-zoning (eg, go back to town then back to the area the quest is and wait for cutscene to trigger)

I'm gonna try that once the servers are up again, but I dont think it will work because I've walked around that zone and nothing comes up neither the "spot" to do the "waiting..." emoticon so I might just check a bit if it works out if not, i might aswell create another character.

Sorry to have been unclear. Basicly - zone into town and then back out to the area that the quest occurs in. I dont mean the exact coordinates just that area/zone. With an equivalent quest in La Noscea the cut-scene re-triggered by zoning back outside the Limsa Lominsa town to Middle La Noscea and I wasnt interupted by bogy's area attacks because my character was physically still at Zephyr gate, not the Grotto where the quest took place.
