I made the mistake of accidentally creating a new service account with my CE code...did you have to call to have them move your character?Same with me, and is also the reason I created a new service account for my pre-order bonus and had to go through a lot to get the code moved over. As long as the service accounts there your characters will be too, it just seems to only show certain characters. It's really misleading but then so are a lot of SE's options, you just have to hope for the best a lot of the time!

I, too, have no character on Mog Station.
Good to know it isn't just me with this issue. I want to get the digital CE upgrade, but am hesitant to do so when it doesn't show any of my NA server characters yet. I don't recall any mention of the digital CE upgrade being limited by either time or quantity . . . hope I am right.
Though a part of me wishes I'd stuck with my original choice of Masamune, I am hopeful that the so-far less than stellar service for NA servers will soon be nothing but a memory.
I noticed this issue with my account earlier today and assumed they just needed more time to get everything appended. After checking again just recently, I found I was correct. Go check again, guys. If nothing's there yet, allow it a little more time.
My NA character just showed up. May just be a bit of lag.
My NA characters have now shown up, but before that my JP char Fu'ten Seventeen was the only one showing up.
Fixed It seems ^_^. And now im a 90 day Subber
