Done all quest's and can't get new ones.

I'm currently level 17, and just finished my class/story quest thingy.
According to the game I gonna get my new class/story quest when I'm level 20.

Do I need to grind mobs 3 levels or did i miss something entirely?

I have searched everywhere, and no new quest, and the Leves quest are not avalible for another 4 hours..

Any help/tips?!

Have you completed all of your main story quests so far? By 17 you should have access to at least the first instanced dungeon, Sastasha, which is great XP.

You can also complete guildhests up to L15 for first-time completion XP.

If you don't feel like either of those, there's always big chunks of XP for filling out your Hunting Log or completing FATEs.

In other words yes you will need to get exp until you are lvl 20 in alternative ways until your main story quest can continue.

Do you mean the main story quests? Assuming you have completed the first few instanced dungeon quests, it shouldn't take that long to get to 20. Just complete a few hunting long entries and finish some side quests and you'll get there in no time. I've actually had to deliberately slow down because I was leveling too fast and had to level sync the story quests.
