    The Ul'dahn Envoy - Call of the Sea

    I have completed The Ul'dahn Envoy - went to both towns got their signatures cam back and spoke to the guy beside where the Grand Companies are. The problem im having is that's where everything stopped, he said thank you and walked off giving no future quests.

    I have determined that Call of the Sea is the next quest in line but I don't seem to be able to get it. Apparently I need to speak with Bartholomew but I don't know how to reach him as I am no longer allowed into the royal promenade.

    I am lvl20 and seem to be unable to carry on with the main quest line. anyone know how to get around this?

    OK I found it, in the only place no-one recommended me to go, so for anyone else who may have the issue. Go to Gridania and look in Old Gridania / Nophicas Alter (bottom left of map)
