They are right though, this is supposed to be the relaunch of an already tarnished game and things need to be going as smooth as possible. I do believe SE are doing everything they can to fix the problems we are experincing but none the less the problems still exist.

SE were foolish to only do a 4 day open beta test to iron these kinks out before EA and now they are paying the price.
