It worked I signed into jp server logged out and then the na servers showed up. Thanks for the tip. Sadly though, now I am getting error 10102 connection to server lost.I think some people have found that by signing into the JP servers and then signing out has somehow brought the NA/EU servers back up. If you haven't got a character on the JP servers, try creating one, logging out and seeing if that works? It's worth a try and I hope that you can get into play soon
Funny thing about their Login Difficulty notice, even though it says japanese servers, it's obviously NA/EU. I was able to log into a JP server on the first try, where as I haven't been able to even see the NA/EU since I started trying this morning an hour ago.
Same error here, unable to update NA servers.
It's even better when it lets me get into a "Server is full, position in queue xx "(17 in this case)" And then it kicks me out with the 1017 after waiting about 5-10 minutes.

I don't think we should be expecting this problem to occur any more I haven't had any issues for the past day, ever since the server addition and maintenance
