How do I get the Unicorn mount?

Not until people can get through the Instance bugs. Yoshi-P and the development team are working on the issue now.

I've somehow have been managing to do the conj 25 quest despite the problems. Anyone know how to bloody beat it though? The damn thing has been destroying me.

this is square enix attempt to try and get more people rolling healer in the game

which im fine with o i doubt we will see unique class mounts for every class

Not to be mean at all, but the first thing that came to mind was "Why didn't they give it to the Paladins?"

You have to consider the mounts given by other MMOs to have a laugh. Everquest gave Paladins a white horse.. which then upgrades to a unicorn, then a pegasus for example.

Once you unlock WHM a quest opens up in the cnj guild for cnj. Very easy to complete and give you the Unicorn mount.

I completed the quests for Dragoon but never saw a quest for a DRG mount.

I must be missing something - I've done a few WHM quests now but the only quest in the CNJ guild is "essential oils". What's the name of the mount quest?
