I found the hat in the markets.

All the rest I had to gather the mats and find a crafter

Rather expensive this early on but I like fishing and just had to have this outfit haha

The hat originally came from the now defunct hamlet (its called a Hamlets Pullers Hat), and where a lot of us got ours. You can now (thank god, because its was a PITA to get) have one crafted by a LTW.

When you finish the fishing quests you can choose between the hat, pants, gloves, or shoes as a reward.

Maybe you can help? Any clue on where to fish up Sea Cucumbers ive asked everywhere and shouted everywhere and what bait?

I caught some Sea Cucumbers in Moraby Bay in Lower La Noscea. Not sure what bait I used, could have been Pill Bugs or Goby Balls.
