    Same here. Was using Return to get back to Ul'Dah and got 9000 error. Logged back in and no NA/EU World list showing.

    Having the same problem. Was playing on Hyperion zoned then i got dc'd and now this si showing up been like that for the past 20mins or so.

    I logged out normally to the title screen, then when I went to play again I got "the world is full" message without any kind of queue message to wait. Eventually after exiting in and out to the title screen to try and get in, I got this error.
