Are you sure that none of those materials come from Unspoiled gathering nodes?

Quite sure. The Unspoiled Nodes you are thinking of carry the other top-class crafting materials, such as Crawler Cocoons and Gold Ore. That's a whole 'nother story..

I really hope they balance this soon, it take 2-3 times the amount of stones to get the mats needed for 1 piece then it takes stones to get DL gear straight up.

Me and the FC did wanderer's palace and i got a whopping 50 tomestones total , 1 from first boss, 10 from second boss and 35 from last boss.

You need 9 materials from the vendor to craft one base material. So you need 9 animal fats to make 1 Hard Hippogryph leather. So lets say you wanna make the new Gryphonskin ring you need 2 of those so thats 18 Animal fats at a total of 2430 tomestones...

That highway robbery to me. No way anyone going to waste that many stones especially at the rate they drop.

You can get Darklight cheaper and a hundred times less hassle than any of the high level crafted things.

There are a lot more pressing issues at this moment, but this is something that i would like to see addressed.

The crafted gear however may be best used for resistence materia to beat future bosses...at least I hope resistances are required more for everyone.
