Fair enough. Even using your weights, was the difference even much between the 2 items?

I was sick a couple weeks ago and made a spreadsheet with the effective str weights of all the monk gear based on Easymode's stat weights. Ill put it up on g-drive for everyone to check out. (Hopefully i didnt make any math errors X.X)

The difference is never much between i90.

For those two items ... the difference is probably 0.1 dps.

Strategically it's probably better to simply use the Allagan Gloves because of TP.

I'd probably end up choosing based on aesthetics more than anything.

The choice is entirely simple for me.

I have the Allagan Gauntlets. I have not bought the Melee Gloves.
