Inventory Interface, Management, and Additional View Options

Search-by-icon is a HUGE headache. List view with sortable text columns is the best way to find things, this current system makes absolutely no sense to me and I waste twice as much time just trying to find things, not mention having to manually re-sort every other day. How in the world did they ever come up with this current system its such a mess!

I play on PS3 and the inventory is my biggest and only problem! I turned on the sorting feature in the menu, but it is worthless. I don't care if the items change position during sorting, but i want healing items in one group next to each other, and the same for mining botanist fishing material armors and so on, everything categorised. Just add an auto sort feature into the subcommand menu or a button to the bottom of the inventory window. And the same goes for the armory chest, it is almost full and it is a pain in the ass, to browse through te whole page to find the best for my gatherer/DoH/gladiator, because i do all of the DoH and DoL and it is a mess. Add level and equipable sorting please.

I would definitely love to see an inventory search feature. Even just a simple item name-based search box would be enough, but more capabilities beyond that wouldn't be unwelcome either.

Having item sort features for your inventory is definitely an important convenience, and to start out the development team is currently working on a feature that will allow you to sort items by item level. This feature is slated for implementation during patch 2.1.

I am a bit upset that they made such an extensive crafting system and did nothing to implement an inventory system to support it. Here is the bottom line, I do not want to click the mouse 90x each time I want to hand my ingredients over to my retainer to hold when I want to go adventure and I do not want to do it 90x again when I want to get them back and so forth...
When I craft I would like for my ingredients to be pulled right from Retainers inventory.
I want the ingredients in my Retainers inventory and mine to show as the total number of that type of ingredient.

Love this suggestion. I hope we can see this and many more quality of life improvements. This is a fantastic game, but there are still quite a lot of improvements like this that need to be made.

What the what.... Awesome you guys are on top of this BUT.... Just as whoever thought of the system as it is... YOUR MISSING THE POINT!!!! SORTING BY ITEM LEVEL WONT HELP ANYTHING YOU NEED IT TO SORT BY that AND class/job IINCLUDING CRAFTING. Why do they always say they are working on things but yhey talk about a part that is completely subpar and not what the people are saying..


TLDR; On a side note, love the game keep up the good work! Even with the rant nothing gona stop me from playing.
