    Raix, Thundaja. Clearly you need to read first post carefully. It doesn't matter what these external sites say. Servers are down and are shown like that when you click on icon (which is your only reliable source of info on servers state). The icon works as intended when no logged in, but is bugged after you log in. It's bug.
    Claire_Ares, pretty sure during P3 it worked fine, but during P4 yeah, it had this bug too.

    Clearly you need to not say anything in the matter and I understand that. I was refuting the previous persons point.

    I have seen this bug too, but if you click it instead of depending on the color, then we do not have an issue.

    It's not working as intended, therefore it's an issue (bug).
    Clicking on icon is just workaround and isn't anyhow changing the fact that this is issue and should be addressed
