Gamestop Pre-Order early access?

So I pre-ordered my ps3 copy of FFXIV:ARR but my question is how would I be able to get my early access and codes...if I was told by the shop that I get them on the day of pick-up?

They told me that initially as well. Go back and tell them you need the code for early access. They should just print out the code for you.

The people who told me I had to get it on the day of pick up apparently didn't know what they were talking about. When I went back to the store, I was fortunate enough to be able to speak with an employee who was actually planning on playing FFXIV as well, and he apologized for the confusion and printed out the code for me.

I was at Gamestop earlier today to pay for my reservation of XiV for the PS3.
I got the receipt and keep on me at all times which encludes
the order#(and whether its paid in full),
the # of the store and store ID#
plus the Promo-code#.

Instructions to go redeem your E.A. code # should be on the receipt. Just go to <pre-order.na.finalfantasyxiv.com> but you might still have to wait.
