my friend i would have pointed you to FFXIV wiki but i think the job quest have changed alot however the classes need for jobs can the found on the front page of the lodestone under classes and jobs (anc, smn and sch will not be there)

Hi there, I hope this helps~

For each job there is a main class you must level to 30.

Gladiator - Paladin
Pugilist - Monk
Lancer - Dragoon
Archer - Bard
Marauder - Warrior
Conjurer - White Mage
Thaumaturge - Black Mage
Arcanist - Summoner and Scholar

there are also sub class requirements, but those only need to be
leveled to 15. It has changed around some so bear with me as
these might be different or have changed

Paladin - 15 Conjurer
Monk - 15 Lancer
Dragoon - 15 Pugilist
Bard - 15 Conjurer
Warrior - 15 Gladiator
White Mage -
Black Mage -
Summoner - thm?
Scholar - cnj?

I underlined the important information, that the requirements
may be different now. Also scholar and summoners are currently unknown.
I have strikethrough'd it because I know some of it is wrong

To open a job, after you have those level requirements you'll
need to locate a story npc, to begin a job quest. These are
not in yet, so nobody knows their locations. I could tell you where
they used to start but all the zones have been redone lol

Warrior - 30 MRD, 15 GLA, PGL abilities
Paladin - 30 GLA, 15 CNJ, MRD abilities
Monk - 30 PGL, 15 LNC, MRD abilities
Dragoon - 30 LNC, 15 MRD, PGL abilities
Bard - 30 ARC, 15 CNJ, LNC abilities
White Mage - 30 CNJ, 15 ARN, THM abilities
Black Mage - 30 THM, 15 ARN, ARC abilities
Summoner - 30 ARN, 15 THM, CNJ abilities
Scholar - 30 ARN, 15 CNJ, THM abilities
