Multiple FFXIV accounts under 1 SE account

I can't seem to understand how this will work. I have 2 FFXIV accounts, so once I login on ffxiv 1.0, it would let me choose ffxiv 1 or 2 before I pick a character, basically asking me which account to login as. So I would have 1 SE account and 2 characters logged in (1 per PC.) Now with all these weird new rules, can I still pay for 2 FFXIV accounts under 1 SE account and login on both at the same time like I could in ffxiv 1.0 by using 2 PCs?

Damn Square, why you gotta complicate everything?

I believe you will still be able to do this.

The only new restriction that has been implemented is that you would not be able to do this if you are logging in from 2 Playstation 3 systems, due to limits on linkage and use of the PSN account.

Since you are using 2 PC's, and not a Playstation 3, that limitation will not apply to you.

does no one here ever have had a battle.net account before? It work's the same way. Though SE's process is a little bit more convoluted it is in a nutshell the same. You have Home account then the game's account, you log into all things with the Home account. With SE, it seems it is possible to merge multiple game accounts with each other, which CAN be a problem, but allows PS3+PC characters for mmo's to be shared on the same game account. Also if you have Two ARR's it will ask you which one you want to log in when signing in with your home account.

    Hope that makes things simpler
