Skills Question.

Is there a point leveling CON past lv30 if I plan on making my main WHM? Do I get to use skills past lv25 CON on my WHM?

Assuming it works the same as it did in version 1, both are considered the same thing as far as levels. A lv30 white mage IS a lv30 conjurer, they're tied together.

WHM will prob be a pain to try and solo so I think you might still play CNJ unless you have a good group set up all the time

You wont be really soloing in FFXIV remember the way to level is Quest,Dungeon,F.A.T.E,Guild behest,hunting logs and so on. Which mean you be playing with others you can simply heal and nuke and get the exp at the end. Dungeon you just do dungeon finder and team up with people.

So you always going to have a group to party with and quest are super easy lol.

Once I got Regen I had no problems soloing in 1.0, but that's not to say it'll be different in ARR.
